Aloke Singh, CEO, @FlyWithIX and President, AirAsia India, provided delegates at #CIAS23 with insights into the reasons behind Air India Express’ success. He highlighted that its relatively small size had enabled it to be agile and innovative, and to develop a culture of performance.
