Apparently @cibc "can't" give me online access so I can easily view mortgage details for one of my rental properties unless I have a bank account with them (which I don't). Every other bank I deal with can. Will be moving my biz elsewhere on renewal. Because it's 2019. #CIBCfail

@cibc Business 101; you're accountable to your stakeholders. Your stakeholders are those who pay you for your services. Your silence isn't accountablity. A lot of people need you and are now having trouble. Tell the world what's going on, and rectify the issues. Now. #cibcfail
