El Congreso Latinoamericano Automotriz (#CLAM) 2026, organizado por @AeadeEc es un espacio que reúne al sector automotriz y energético para analizar el crecimiento de la movilidad eléctrica, su impacto económico y su articulación con matrices energéticas cada vez más renovables. En este contexto, OLACDE destacó que la región ya registra ahorros superiores a USD 3 millones diarios gracias al uso de vehículos eléctricos, impulsados por políticas públicas, infraestructura de carga y energías limpias.
La electrificación del transporte abre oportunidades en eficiencia, integración regional y seguridad energética, donde el desarrollo de una matriz renovable flexible y la cooperación entre países son determinantes. The Latin American Automotive Congress (CLAM) 2026, organized by AEADE, is a platform that brings together the automotive and energy sectors to analyze the growth of electric mobility, its economic impact, and its integration with increasingly renewable energy matrices. In this context, OLACDE highlighted that the region is already achieving daily savings exceeding USD 3 million thanks to the use of electric vehicles, driven by public policies, charging infrastructure, and clean energy sources.
Transport electrification opens up opportunities in efficiency, regional integration, and energy security, where the development of a flexible renewable energy matrix and cooperation among countries are key. Fitzgerald Cantero, Director of Studies, Projects and Information at OLACDE, participated in this panel, sharing the regional perspective on the challenges and opportunities of electromobility.
