The landlord decided to shut down the entire coffeeshop at the very last minute therefore forcing Dudu and 11 other tenants to leave by next month What irks me the most was that this decision was made a year ago by the landlord but he only told the tenants with slightly more than a month left, because he “didn’t want to tank the rent himself” Just when a young, up and coming restauranteur is seeing some success, the doors shut down Will pay them a visit in the next couple of weeks
