A) Q1 FY 25 Results
The company had a muted quarter with revenue growth and PAT growth 17%/13% respectively
EBIDTA margins fell to 25% against 28% in FY 24
Managed services and tech solutions are driving growth which is a positive sign as the market values this business better than the Cash logistics business
B) Investment Hypothesis
The stock is a has potential for valuation re-rating. Services cos with lean balance sheets and sector leadership position can trade above 40x PE
The share of new vertices like Managed Service . tech solutions could rise above 50% by FY 27 and therefore the growth rate from then on could be more than what the company is currently delivering
The FY 24 EBIDTA margin of 28% is on the higher side and scop for EBIDTA margin expansion remains muted but the PAT margin of 15% has scope for expansion.

Exp EBIDTA: Rs 900-1000 Crs (26-28% margin)
