How A Chinese Company is Milking Sierra Leone?
A report by Institute of Governance Reform #IGR reveals how a Chinese Company, China Railway Seventh Group #CRSG is making over $100M a year but gives pittance to Sierra Leone on a toll Road.
Both the government and the Chinese Company are refusing to make contact public, the report says.
In 2018 @julius_maadabio promised to review some of these contracts but till date the only review is to put more money in the pockets of the Chinese.

La société civile appelle le gouvernement à diligenter une enquête pour sanctionner les auteurs de ces actes et exhorte les deux entreprises à répondre favorablement aux revendications de leurs employés. As Parliament continues to engage stakeholders with regards increased toll gate charges, citizens have vowed to stage a nationwide protest if the increased toll gates charges stand. Chinese #CRSG together with the Ministry of Works had already increased toll gate charges but was put on hold pending Parliamentary Inquiry particularly on traffic audit which #CRSG has failed to provide so far. @PresidentBio @XHNews @dsengeh
