#CSACI20 In a systemic review of the role of corticosteroids in the management of anaphylaxis by @WAlqurashi and yours truly, no evidence to support that giving steroids will reduce severity of reaction nor prevention of biphasic anaphylaxis.
#CSACI20 Great! 90% called a diagnosis of anaphylaxis as definite in a clear cut case of infant anaphylaxis presented by @WAlqurashi and more importantly 95% said to give epinephrine regardless
