Food insecurity in the last 3-4 years is 3 X more likely to occur in families with food allergies in Canada #CSACI22
Families where children have food allergies during the pandemic were spending an increase of between $100-200 per month on food in Canada #csaci22 This is on top of their other previous costs
The POISED OIT study showed a much higher dropout in Adults vs Children
