#CSEASI is setting up well after resting above EMA Ribbon 55 EMA support on the daily chart. A Pullback the other day, and a follow up with a retest yesterday towards the resistance 16000 level. Banks results are promising thus far and some of the banks are trading around 50% to NAV. Interesting to see how HNWIs will approach this sector.

The Index is well poised to rally after it briefly tested 12837 yesterday. 3 levels to watch-out today are 13075, 13150 and 13200+ this week, which i have highlighted on the chart. So watch out friends for these 3 levels with positive news from the #CBSL. In the coming quarters listed Cos are expected to do well YoY basis. #CSEASI declined yesterday towards its support 12900. A reactionary rally of min 75-100+ points towards 13075- 13150 will be expected from the market. With CBSLs expected rate cut on 26/11. Market expects a rate cut of min 50bps. The market picked up yesterday in the last 2H 🚀🧗♂️
The #CSEASI initially dropped to 12,655 but then rallied to 12,844, closing at 12,800, which helped prevent further downside risk. Previously, resistance was around 12,750, but this level was broken on a closing basis last Friday, a positive sign for the bulls.
