This is not a minor procedural issue. It is a serious accountability concern. Around 2 to 2.5 lakh students are waiting. Their academic plans, fellowships, PhD admissions, and careers are on hold. CSIR NET is the gateway to research and academia in science. Delays without communication are unacceptable.
