शुक्रवार दोपहर को सैंकड़ों #CSS अधिकारी, नॉर्थ ब्लॉक में पहुंचे। 2013 बैच के लगभग 1100 ASO, 'सेक्शन अफसर' बनने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। लगभग एक हजार ASO' तो 'एसओ' बनने की सभी शर्तें पूरी करते हैं। संसद में भी पदोन्नति का सवाल उठ चुका है। CSS फोरम ने भी कई बार इस मुद्दे को उठाया है।
चाहे अनुभाग अधिकारी के पद पर रिक्तियों की हजारों की संख्या
में भरमार है। @DoPTGoI फिर भी पात्र #Jaago_DoPT_Jaago
को पदोन्नति देने से कर रही इन्कार है। #CSSASO2013 के
सभी अधिकारी हुए निराशा के शिकार है।
Ad-hoc पदोन्नति देना ही सबसे अच्छा उपचार है।

In othr srvcs DPCs r conducted well in advnce n promotions effected from d very due date. In CSS, leave promotions, even CSL is not final many yrs since d overdue promotions. Injustice! For what fault of ASOs??

By considering the adhoc promotion of #CSSASO2013, vacancies will trickle down in grade of ASO which can be filled up by SSC through Direct Recruitment. It will help @DoPTGoI in achieving the target of 10 lakh employment by Government by Dec,2023 as visioned by Hon'ble @PMOIndia

It's so frustrating and demotivating to be in ASO grade for around 8 years now. Despite the prescribed eligibility and availability of sufficient vacancies #CSSASO2013 have not been promoted by @DoPTGoI @DoptSecretary Listen to our voices respected

Why would @DoPTGoI keep 45% (1624) sanctioned posts (3640) of Section Officers indefinitely vacant when it can easily fill 67.50% vacant posts by promoting all eligible #CSSASO2013 (~1097) on adhoc basis?
Can you think of any convincing reasons? Well neither can DoPT. @PMOIndia
