Hey @charliecfit @AnarchistCdn, I know we talked about supersetting back and chest. I just did these cable pulldowns on their own. Usually, Do higher reps, BUT not this time. I was pulling the bar to the upper part of my chest. #CablePulldowns #BackDay

I always start my night back training with a cable row exercise. This week it was mid grip cable pull downs. Three sets of 15 reps. #CablePulldowns #BackDay #MagGrip

Since I skipped my afternoon session; I made up for it at night. The weight was light and I went for reps of 15. #CablePulldowns #BackDay

The next 3 sets I used the wide mag grip bar, and using progressive overload. With the added weight the reps went down... Just a couple. #CablePulldowns #BackDay
