“Vessels are travelling too fast through important #rightwhale habitat. In 2020, two thirds of vessels in the #CabotStrait did not comply with Transport Canada’s voluntary slowdown & exceeded the 10-knot limit. The Cabot Strait slowdown must be mandatory. The time to act is now.”
