“The X post by @JohnRDallasJr shares a group selfie from #CampEnclave at Enclave Academy, featuring smiling participants posing before a ‘CAMP ENCLAVE’ backdrop with s’mores imagery, noting that several ‘happy campers’ had already left.
• As @EnclaveAcademy CEO and metacognition advocate, Dallas highlights the joyful spirit of #Metathinkers™ gatherings focused on thorough collaborative thinking (#Tx5™ and #ThinkToThink™).
• The post promotes Enclave Academy’s ‘learning events’ centered on metacognition skills training (MST)—#MetacognitionWorks—portraying them as engaging, positive experiences for developing best-effort thinking (BET).” —Grok
AI is controllably and autonomously working on its #thinkering.
Are you agentically and continually working on your thinking about thinking?
Effortful “thinking about thinking” (ETT) gets you to the other side of each #metacognition bridge you’re to cross.
ThinkItIn™ to feel it.
ThinkItIn™ to hear it.
ThinkItIn™ to say it.
ThinkItIn™ to do it.
ThinkItIn™ to be ETT.
It’s intellectually enjoyable—and intellectually responsible—to mindfully more thinkingly engage in:
• Metacognitive learning,
• Metacognitive knowledge, and
• Metacognitive regulation—
#ETT.
ThinkToThink™ to ThinkItIn™.
Please.
“Smile it in.”
Come to think of it.™

Rarely do pics capture the joyful spirit of @EnclaveAcademy’s gatherings of Metathinkers™—who think things through thoroughly together (#Tx5™).
Several happy campers left before this #CampEnclave photo was snapped.
#ThinkToThink™ thinkingly—and joyfully.

Recess over!
@grok is counting out mental pushups for you:
“The X post by @JohnRDallasJr illustrates #CampEnclave’s ‘Indoor Campfire Stories 2026,’ an annual @EnclaveAcademy event on August 19, 2026—where ‘campers’ aged 10+ gather to share #entrepreneurial lessons from childhood ventures like lemonade stands to adulthood’s multimillion-dollar #startups.
• The free ThinkToThink™ microclass No. 108 emphasizes ‘value exchange lessons’ and mental calisthenics led by Senior Camp Counselor Casey Fitzpatrick, and also features ‘camp grub’ catered by @DaveandBusters in @SchaumburgIL—where Fitzpatrick is the manager.
• Held at @enclave_center in a psychologically safe family camp education format, with the Academy’s CEO Dallas serving as Camp Director, the not-for-profit microlearning community continues its nine-year tradition focusing on discussions of #EntrepreneurialThinking’s value to all thinker-doers, not only #entrepreneurs.” —Grok

During the next meeting you lead or influence, ask everyone to share a minute or two “campfire story” about their earliest experiences with #entrepreneurship.
Playing store and selling groceries to imaginary customers or stuffed animals counts!
With negative news and views bombarding our minds, bodies, and souls, add “kumbaya moments” to your meeting agendas.
Comfort—while you challenge—thinker-doers you ask to consider whatever is on the Mess Hall menu.
Metacognition’s “messy middle” is where clarity comes and breakthroughs are born.
Do 50 #ThinkUps after you finish your 50 pushups.
#ThinkToThink™ it through—whatever’s yours to think and do.

Entrepreneurial campfire stories we'll share.
Seated in a circle, we'll recall value exchange lessons—from childhood lemonade stands, car washes, and selling @girlscouts cookies, and then multimillion-dollar #startups and exits.

#SelfEsteem needs a boost! This era’s challenges can whittle away at #SelfConfidence and #SelfEfficacy. Hubris-free #BoastStories instead of #GhostStories are shared around #CampEnclave’s annual campfire at @EnclaveAcademy. Hearing met #goals is inspiring. https://t.co/W3pfTPxAGk
"Boast stories" instead of camp-like ghost stories will be shared around the campfire at #CampEnclave. Hearing how #entrepreneurs and other venture #leaders are successfully #thinking about and navigating this challenging era will inspire agile #thinkers. https://t.co/YhzWupZY3t
"Instead of #camp-like ghost #stories, around the campfire #leaders will tell much-needed "gloat stories." Come to #CampEnclave for a boost — and to boast — about ways we and our #ventures are successfully navigating this tumultuous #PandemicEra. Celebrate!"

At last August's Family #CampEnclave, we had a small plastic pool filled with little yellow ducks and a bigger "CEO Duck." With truth in humor, we showed young minds of all ages it is difficult to get all ducks to follow the "lead duck." A mere nudge was the "small thing" we did.
Traditionally, #leadership has been taught as a set of larger actions such as having a tricky conversation or coaching somebody.
But the reality is that leading is an integrated activity, full of small, simultaneous actions.

#CampEnclave counselors for 2021 included @EGVBusinessPark’s insightful #EconDev chief Josh Grodzin and Ted Mason, Chief of Staff for The #Entrepreneur’s Commisioner — @KBMorrison15. #Firefighters demonstrated responsiveness. Camp Director Dallas added words of campfire context.
Yep, fun is part of @EnclaveAcademy’s curricula at @enclave_center — especially when I’m in the grip of Squeeze, @TheChicagoDogs’ mascot. Add home-run insights of the team’s CEO, Shawn Hunter, @EGVBusinessPark Fire Chief @EGFD200, and @EGVPD’s Chief Walsh, and #CampEnclave wins!
Each August, @enclave_center transforms itself into a family camp-like environment. After lighting the campfire for s'mores galore, #CampEnclave works to ignite childlike curiosity and wonderment about job-creating #entrepreneurship and #innovation. https://t.co/WxV9TUpeky
Congratulations to these award-winning #FutureFounders! For #CampEnclave, the annual family camp-style masterclass for ages 10 upward at @enclave_center, we sure wish these high-performing #kidpreneurs from #Wales could be with us on the 18th. Outstanding! https://t.co/lBgUEWFcwg
On 8.18.21, be a happy camper at #CampEnclave. You'll be inspired by #entrepreneur Shawn Hunter, CEO of @TheChicagoDogs. Just west of @fly2ohare in @EGVBusinessPark, @enclave_center's annual outdoor masterclass — for ages 10 up — is a drive or flight away. https://t.co/k32lEsmzJz
Do you have memories from #SummerCamp? I do. From 6 A.M. "polar bear swims" to giant campfires, my #camping experiences continue to inspire. On 8.18.21, come to #CampEnclave to be inspired by @TheChicagoDogs' CEO Shawn Hunter and other "camp counselors." https://t.co/k32lEsmzJz
At least by August, adults with childhood #SummerCamp experience may have flashbacks to feelings and lessons learned. For ages 10 upward, @enclave_center's #CampEnclave reignites the mind's curiosity. @TheChicagoDogs CEO Shawn Hunter's stories inspire all. https://t.co/WxV9TUpeky
