Why is bath and body works candle day so awful. After waiting 45 minutes waiting to shop I finally get in and then spend over 30 minutes trying to check out only to be constantly kicked out and not get candles. #candledayfail #bathandbodyworks

In the continuing saga of the @bathbodyworks #CandleDay Sale, they just emailed to say that part of my order is cancelled — but won’t say which part 🤦🏻‍♀️ They included a coupon & a promise for another email “soon” to tell me what was cancelled. #CandleDayFail
