#UDRP #casetrack.com denied. The US-based Complainant provides Medicaid billing software and claims common law #trademark rights in CASETRACK. The #domainname was acquired by the Respondent on the secondary market in January 2025 for its descriptive value. The Respondent asserts that the term “case track” is composed of common English words that describe the act of tracking cases, files, workflows, or records, and that the disputed domain name thereby has substantial descriptive value. The Panel found the Complainant failed to prove acquired distinctiveness for the descriptive mark, relying only on internal evidence and sales to a single customer (his wife's business). Further, the Panel finds no persuasive evidence that the Respondent registered the #domain name with knowledge of, or intent to target, the Complainant or any trademark rights it might claim. Finally, a finding of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking is not warranted, particularly since the Complainant is proceeding on a pro se basis @ https://t.co/MaIo5in9Ej
