Everybody is talking about Ms Mahua Moitra sharing the credentials of her MP portal with Mr Hiranandani.
And it is alleged Mr Hiranandani used the credentials to frame the questions targeting Mr Adani & his cos.

BTW Mr Hiranandani is in IT Business & has announced increasing investment in IT, just last year.
Wasn't this being done to provide undue advantage to industrialist in lieu of gifts.
This needs a much much deeper investigation.

So, in short Mahua gave access to confidential information to Mr Hiranandani.

1) Parliamentary Standing Committee on IT.
2) Joint Committee on the Personal Data Protection Bill.
3) Consultative Committee of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

All Bills come into the public domain after being tabled in the house.
But Bills are sent to MPs 1/2 days or sometimes a week in advance.
And the portal gives unrestricted access to these documents without otp as that for uploading questions.

Sources say before posting questions OTP confirmation is needed, which obviously would have been given by Mahua.
