We couldn't leave the Dunkeld institution without a fine-dining experience at Wickens. Guests of the award-winning restaurant can select from the 4200-bottle wine list.
It's #CellarSunday! A few weeks ago we visited the @royalmailhotel in Victoria’s Dunkeld. We were lucky enough to experience a tasting inside the award-winning wine cellar, which houses more than 30,000 bottles of international and Australian wines.

This #cellarsunday we're featuring Richard Stockman's expansive cellar in Diamond Creek.
Richard's cellar holds 4.5 thousand bottles and is dug deep underground so that it stays very cool even on the hottest days.

Around The Clock was brewed for 24 hours before resting in bourbon barrels. This is the third batch
