Do you not want my money @AskNationwide? My daughter counted her coins in her piggy bank and I'm told that they can only accept coins in full bags. This is what she has saved so no I can't top it up to make it easy for your staff. The service is always lacking. #changingbanks

Hey @WellsFargo, I understand account security, but when you call me to confirm a transaction, then tell me my card is ready to use, I shouldn’t have to call back in, verify all my personal information, then give a mystical verbal password to spend my own money. #ChangingBanks👎🏼

@PaulPester @TSB We’re is the update today! 4 hours I’ve been trying to make an urgent payment. Over an hour on Saturday to cancel a stolen card, 2 hours to reorder card yesterday. “I’m sorry” doesn’t cut it anymore #changingbanks
