Over the past week, our team has been building, experimenting, and pushing the limits of @OpenAI 's new #AgentKit and #ChatKit through Aetheron’s #Internal #Hackathon #Challenge.
Each participant had just a few days to design, build, and demo a real working workflow powered by OpenAI’s newest frameworks, and the results were incredible.
Every developer who submitted a working project earned a $1,000 base prize for their creativity, curiosity, and commitment to exploring what’s possible with these emerging technologies.
We then held a company-wide Slack poll to decide who would take home the $1,000 bonus prize, and the votes are in. The #winner of Aetheron’s AgentKit / ChatKit Challenge is Ella Liu for her project @Eventpulse , a post-event feedback assistant that analyses survey responses in real time and turns data into conversational insights.

We’ve been exploring what’s possible with @OpenAI new #AgentKit and #ChatKit.
Over the weekend, our team built a #CustomWebsiteAssistant for our own website that handles product questions, connects visitors to specialists, and books meetings automatically through Zoom Scheduler.
Each agent plays a specific role: one understands intent, another dives into product details, and a booking agent schedules meetings through natural conversation.
Built in just two days, it shows how quickly intelligent workflows can come to life with AgentKit and ChatKit.

This was the final demo in our internal hackathon series, led by Geoff McCosker, wrapping up an incredible week of innovation and experimentation.

In just two days, our developer Geoff McCosker used OpenAI’s AgentKit to automate one of the most repetitive parts of his morning: writing daily developer standups.
The result is Standup Zero, an internal, multi-agent system that:
• Analyses GitHub commits and PRs
• Reviews Jira tickets
• Remembers what was said yesterday
• Writes a natural, human-like standup
• Posts it automatically to Slack
