I think I am a certified and fully qualified genius. Didn’t even need the manual. Mum and the kids loved the taste. I tried a couple too 😋. And all done in less than half an hour with no oil 🤔🧐 I will be doing all the ‘air fry ups’ in Ramadan In shā Allāh #ChefSalim 👨‍🍳

Some of the comments on my world famous home made Naan from my bro in law’s & nephews, nieces etc... ‘He loved it ♥️’ ‘He’s telling Zain how good it is’ ‘Wonderful job. What a perfect naan. I have to learn from you.’ I am available for catering jobs 😀. #ChefSalim

My first attempt at making home-made Fish & Chips. I didn’t do everything. But I did peel and cut up the potatoes and heated up the baked beans 😀. Tasted delicious by the way. #ChefSalim #SalimsKitchen #FinallyDomesticated 😉
