I have today written to all Cllrs in the Manchester area and attached my observations to that message in the form of a report, highlighting possible breaches of the Equality Act 2010 and serious safeguarding concerns around the Sparkle festival, Manchester Pride and related events.
If you are a Manchester resident now is the time to email your Cllr requesting that they take heed of the issues I have raised and meet with me as a matter of urgency.
