I should cocoa on #internationalchocolateday! Globally we consume >3M tons of cocoa beans a yr. They contain high levels of flavonoids notably epicatechin, proven to contribute to healthy blood flow, but at a dose of 100 mg/day; this would mean eating ~125 g choc/day! #chocablock
