Jealousy of people in your therapist's life is not unusual. It often arouses shame, but it is a v common response to particular needs being exposed in therapy. If you feel able to, it can be a worthwhile conversation to have with your therapist.
Therapists: please be open to it.

Even if #Therapist is qualified they need additional qualifications working with particular problems. There is no fixed list but consensus on:
Trauma/Dissociation/PTSD, Eating Disorders, ADHD, Autism, Young children (<13), Couples, Group & Family Therapy.
