The #ClimateTree today, October 31, 2025. As for at least the last 5 years, the leaves have not turned a glorious, bright yellow until December 8th.
Today, in full sunlight, leaves are wilting in a fading green, with a few scattered leaves of brown or yellow. A beautiful tree!
The #ClimateTree implores everyone to take #ClimateActionNow. She and her friends suffer more every season. She has lost more limbs and branches in the stronger winds and storms, yet still looks green and beautiful despite these losses.
But how about next year?

The #ClimateTree was glittered with intermittent bright yellow leaves today, so it looks on track to meet the past several years of its #ClimateCrisis- postponed full autumn golden glory on 8 December 2023.
The #ClimateTree, this afternoon, appears to be on schedule with the past few years to turn a gorgeous bright yellow on about December 8, 2023. Before the past 2 years of #ClimateCrisis winter storms, it had not suffered as many losses.

Here is one of the #ClimateTree’s friends, #ClimateTree2, whose foliage is more sparse so far this year. This one is sheltered from west winds and loses most of the direct sunlight past midday.
