Quick cockatoo rescue this evening. I’m pretty sure this is one half of a parental pair who was clipped by a car. The other parent and juvie eventually flew off and left this one behind. Hopefully it will recover and will be able to be returned to the flock. #CockaTuesday

This majorly leucistic Yellow-tailed #BlackCockatoo showed up in my folks’ yard. Something whacky is going on with his* genetics so most of his body feathers are yellow, not black. SO COOL!
