For anyone else, it would depend on how keen you are on a turn-based 3rd person shooter on 3DS and how competent you are at handling what may be punishingly difficult missions.

The characters and dialogue go for what I consider an over-the-top "cheesy" style. Sometimes cheesy hits it right, but here it comes across as too fabricated IMO. The characters are thoroughly cardboard. But this is very much a personal taste issue!

I picked Ike (big sword! 😀) and used him on a mission. I think they've nerfed the amiibo combat attributes a bit - makes sense, I guess - and you need to babysit them a little.

What was going on?
This looked like a game with challenging but eminently do-able tactical gameplay.
I have no idea, naturally. But I have eyes to see, and there's a clear, significant difference in the combat programming with the NA version.

The 3 videos I checked were all from NA players.
The weird thing was: I hardly recognised the game. 😮
Enemy hit rates were more like 25% off HP (manageable!). There were fewer enemies, no mass spawnings - you could, with care, pick them off 1 by 1.
