Breaking...On behalf of nurses, doctors, vendors, and contractors working in the Texas medical industry, a declaratory judgment request was filed in federal court to end all COVID-19 and influenza mandates because those mandates rely on federal statutes prohibiting mandatory participation. The complaint is against (1) the Texas Workforce Commission for withholding unemployment benefits and requiring workers to pay benefits back for reason of exercising their right to refuse such drugs under fed law, (2) the Health and Human Services Commission for allowing hospitals, Texas Medical Board, and other persons in authority to issue the unlawful mandates and refusing to enforce contracts, agreements, and federal law that provide Texas healthcare heroes the right to refuse without consequence.
