We're helping to file an appeal for a tenant who missed a hearing because he was *hospitalized with a blood condition* but got a default judgment against him anyway.
Judge Clark's court order knowingly tees up situations like this.
While we've been hollering at council, fellow renters' every day needs haven't gone down at all. Folks still need help with food, transit, medicine, appealing evictions & then some.
