Work began on the βOn Trackβ project, funded by @Motability. We're working alongside @glos_crp, Oxfordshire CRP, #CommunityRail Lancashire and @RNIB to make rail travel more accessible & inclusive for disabled peopleπ§΅

#CommunityRailWrapped: Nov was a big month for campaigns! Our chief exec @Jools_Townsend represented #CommunityRail at #Railway200 and #ICameByTrain events, sharing insights into how #CommunityRail brings people together and connects communities using the power of rail π
#CommunityRailWrapped: @SW_Help celebrated a landmark milestone in Oct, when over 100 stations on its network officially became adopted! Made up entirely of volunteers, these groups add value to their communities by helping to make stations welcoming, vibrant and safe π₯³
#CommunityRailWrapped: #CommunityRail groups continued delivering activities that benefit local people - West Highland CRP combined active travel, the great outdoors and some great drama to create geolocated walks from stations based on the 'Benighted on the Moor' audio play π
#CommunityRailWrapped: In Oct, #CommunityRail groups were celebrating #BlackHistoryMonth - @glos_crp created a map highlighting walking routes and active travel links from Gloucestershire's stations, leading to a series of significant Black History sites β€οΈ
#CommunityRailWrapped: #CommunityRail continued promoting greener journeys and cultural experiences - High Peak & Hope Valley CRP created a new website, suite of photos and promotional film to promote train travel in the High Peak area to visitors and residents π
