This is so true. We need to have a complete understanding of issues affecting people and have the relationships to work in true partnership to deliver sustainable solutions. #compassehub #completesocialprescribing
If #healthcare is only responsible for ~20% of health outcomes, then surely weβre doing our patients a complete disservice if we donβt at least understand the wider determinants, let alone try to nurture them in a direction toward better health outcomes? π€¨

Delivering Complete Social Prescribing using the Compass assessment methodology provides us with a wealth of data. Attached is an example of the information we can extract from #compassehub that is date driven and evidence based. Food for thought!
Great suggestion from @mariepolley and music to the Third sector's ears. VCSE have a real contribution to make as an equal partner if they are given the resources required to deliver complete social prescribing There is a real funding inequality at present. #compassehub
Sort out the flow of money to the VCSE sector to stabilise the provision of support groups and interventions... Have a multisector funding pot and ensure clinical supervision for link workers...
Interested to see the update to the GP contract agreement today. Amendments made to make it easier to commission Third sector to deliver social prescriber roles. Third sector need to be recognised as equal partners and experts in this field so positive development. #compassehub
Hoping that #compassehub is recognised as good practice that other Third sector, CIC and not-for-profit organisations can benefit from.
@NASPTweets We are keen to share our complete social prescribing solution. #compassehub is free to use and has been developed by the Third sector for the Third sector. It records activity, links Third sector together and provides evidence based impact reporting. #socialprescribing

It was areal joy today to demonstrate #compassehub to @WestLancsCCG. They really understood the principles of the system and recognised it's value in delivering complete social prescribing and linking third sector and statutory bodies together. Hope to work together soon!
Got some really exciting activity coming up over the next week or so. Going over to West Cumbria to roll out Compass along West coast. Also got some great organisations signing up to the ehub to deliver complete social prescribing. Now at 104 and rising! #compassehub
As enthusiasm for Social Prescribing gathers speed let's remember that this needs strong third sector partnerships and the need to be able to evidence benefits through quality data and accurate recording. Compass can help so have a look. #compassehub
Had an inspiring visit today to the latest organisation that we are welcoming to the @compassehub. #WomenOutWest2 is a truly amazing charity that is doing great things despite only launching 10 weeks ago. Please see how #compassehub can link third sector partners together.
How about this light-hearted look at the dangers of taking the traditional, simplistic view of #socialprescribing! There is a serious point here that we have the opportunity to re-define #socialprescribing working with the Third Sector as a partner not a provider. #compassehub
