ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਜੀ ਜੇ ਹੁਣ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਦੇ ਝੂਟਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਹਲ ਮਿਲ ਗਈ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੀੜਤ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਖਿਆਲ ਕਰ ਲਵੋ। ਕਈ ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਲਈ ਤਾਂ ਦੂਜੀ ਫਸਲ ਵੀ ਵੀਜਣੀ ਔਖੀ ਹੈ।
