Funny how $200 billion is collected in kickbacks and only about $30 billion of that is going to help patients lower costs in this bill. Shows how little anyone voting for this is actually serious about pro-patient drug pricing reform. #CongressionalMath

#kickbacks collected by #PBM from pharma are $200BILLION per year. So PBM control pharma. Companies circled are PBM, companies underlined can collect kickbacks. Kickbacks are why drug costs are high Repeal kickbacks, congress and .@POTUS

Repealing the Rebate Rule shows congress is not serious about lowering costs for seniors at the pharmacy counter. Instead they have a "phased in" plan in 2024 -- It might, someday save 3% of seniors money. Meanwhile they can use rebates as a budget credit. 🙄 #CongressionalMath

On page 215 of the reconciliation bill (The 725 page bill) .@SenSchumer and @Sen_JoeManchin Permanently repeal the rebate ( kickback) rule. @SenatorSinema + @SenateDems voting for this is asking taxpayers to pay the #kickbacks to the profiteering #PBM who are owned by insurers

You wonder why they turned $2000 into $1400 after they already dropped a few crumbs of $600 and still said they'd send out $2000? #CongressionalMath

"I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today." $75 billion in offsets (which will cut be over 10 years) for $350B of spending increases over 2 years? The proposal calls for Congress to pay for less than 5% of the budget deal. #CongressionalMath https://t.co/vfQHzXWcyF
