Scientists say that when you look at someone with deep love, a certain energy begins to flow from you towards the other.
Now even methods have been devised to measure this energy. A subtle warmth, a delicate heat, starts moving from your being to the other—just like an electric current. As electricity flows from one pole to another, so does this invisible current of love begin to stream from you.
That is why, if someone looks at you with love, they cannot hide it. You will recognize it immediately. And the same is true of hatred—when someone looks at you with hatred, that too cannot be concealed. In that moment, a destructive energy, sharp like a knife, moves towards you and pierces you.
Love makes you blossom; hatred wounds you, almost kills something within. Hatred carries poison; love carries nectar.
In Russia, there is a woman on whom many scientific experiments have been conducted. She can move objects just by focusing on them. A vessel is placed on a table ten feet away. She stands at a distance, fixes her gaze upon it for five minutes—her attention becomes one-pointed—and the vessel begins to tremble.
If she wills it to move left, it moves left. If she wills it to move right, it moves right.
Much research has been done to understand this phenomenon. But another surprising fact was discovered: after just five minutes of such an experiment, her body weight decreases by nearly half a kilogram.
Energy has certainly flowed—she has lost energy. In those five minutes, she has thrown her energy intensely, and through that very force, the vessel begins to move, to slide.
We are constantly flowing into each other—whether we know it or not.
You must have observed: there are people in whose presence you feel a flow, as if you have entered a river current. With them, you feel refreshed, alive. There is movement, a subtle dynamism.
And then there are others—like stagnant ponds. With them, you feel dulled, closed. There is no flow, only a sense of staleness—as if everything is blocked: no fresh air, no new light. You have seen it, you have known it.
Those in whose presence you feel a flow, in whose company something begins to vibrate within you, something starts moving, dancing—simply means they are pouring their life-energy into you. They are ready to give. They are not miserly; they are not withholding.
The one who gives, awakens giving in you. A resonance arises… a response… a sensitivity. Your being echoes their being.

When Ram Manohar Lohia went to meet Albert Einstein, he had to wait… not for a few minutes, but for six long hours. And where was Einstein? Locked in his bathroom!
His wife came again and again, apologizing, saying, “You may leave if you wish… it has become too late.”
But there was no way to call him out—because this was his way. Most probably, he had sunk into his bathtub, wrestling with some mathematical riddle.
After six hours, Einstein came out—radiant, almost childlike in joy. A puzzle had dissolved. He could forget his food, he could forget his wife…but that inner question—he could not forget.
Have you ever noticed?
Concentration flowers effortlessly in the soil of love.
If love is there, concentration needs no cultivation—it sprouts on its own.
In fact, the reason you cannot concentrate is simple: you are trying to concentrate on something you do not love.
Students come to me and say, “I study medicine, I study engineering… but my mind wanders, it refuses to stay.”
I ask them only one thing:
“Do you love what you are studying?”
Because without love, concentration is impossible.
And where love exists, concentration is inevitable.
The same student will say, “When I read a novel, I am totally absorbed. When I watch a film, I forget the world.”
Yes—because there is love.
Where there is love, the mind gathers by itself. So whenever you feel you cannot concentrate, don’t struggle with concentration. First inquire: “Is my love there?” For love, concentration is not even a question.
When Einstein is solving mathematics, he is not trying to concentrate. Mathematics is his beloved. Even if his beloved were sitting beside him, he might forget her—
but not his mathematics.
Where there is love, concentration follows like a shadow. You cannot break it even if you try.
That is why, when you fall in love and want to forget someone, it becomes almost impossible. To remember someone you don’t love is difficult—but to forget someone you love is even more difficult.
How can you forget the one you love? There is no method.
Even the effort to forget becomes a way of remembering. In trying to forget, you remember again and again—and the memory grows stronger, deeper, more repetitive.
Where there is love, concentration comes like a shadow—uninvited, effortless, inevitable.

The Woodcarver and the Spirit of the Tree…
(A story from Chuang Tzu)
There was once a legendary woodcarver named Ch’ing.
His carvings looked so alive—so natural—that people believed spirits lived inside them.

One day, the king asked him to carve a ceremonial bell-stand.
Ch’ing agreed, but before touching a single tool, he withdrew into solitude.
For three days, he let go of all thoughts about praise, reward, and skill.
For three more days, he forgot he was working for a king.
For three more days, he forgot he was even “Ch’ing the master.”
All sense of self dissolved.
When he finally walked into the forest, he saw a particular tree—and in that moment the bell-stand already existed within it, fully formed. He did not “create”; he simply revealed what was already there.
He carved in silence.
When he finished and presented it to the king, the bell-stand looked so perfect, so effortless, that the king asked in awe:
“What is your secret?
How can your work be so divine?”
Ch’ing said:
“I follow the Tao. I do not act from my own will. When the self is forgotten, the work reveals itself.”
TAOIST MORAL:
True mastery comes when:
the ego steps aside,
the doer dissolves,
effort transforms into effortless action,
and one becomes a channel instead of a creator.
Work flows best when we are not working; creation happens most deeply when there is no creator.
This is wu-wei—action without force, without struggle, without self.

Love more.
Delight more.
Celebrate more.
Dance more.
Sing more:
that’s all that
you can do.

Leave a dream around you – actualized. If somebody loves it, he may follow. I cannot say that the whole humanity will follow – it is such a vast thing.
And there is no need of that because your happiness may not be others’ happiness.
Your singing may be just noise for somebody else. Your dance may be nothing but a nuisance. So who is to decide?
Don’t take the responsibility that you will decide for the whole – no. You drop out of these roles of decider. You are not the decider.
You simply live your life in
the small corner that you have got. Whatsoever you can do for yourself, do it.
And if somebody feels good, attracted, magnetized – help him, but out of love, not out of any missionary spirit. That is poison.

As the river flows, the path is created. The river will reach the sea, and this is how life should be. Life is like a river. There is no pre-charted way; there are no maps to be given to you which are to be followed. Just be alive and alert, and then, wherever life leads, you go with full confidence in it. Trust in the life force. Allow it to lead you towards the sea.
Just be alert, that is all. While life leads you towards the sea, just be alert so that you don't miss anything. If you are alert, this life will be bliss. The very movement of the river is bliss in itself. Passing through the valleys, through the rocks, falling down from the hills, moving into the unknown is itself bliss.
The river is not simply going to meet the sea, it is "growing" to be the sea, and this is possible only through rich experience, alert experiences, moving, trusting. This is the human search. Of course, it is dangerous. If rivers could be run through predetermined paths, there would be less danger, fewer errors. But the whole beauty of aliveness would be lost

#LiquidSmallness
Seeking peace in
bits and pieces,
I find a narrow way,
I enter it carefully…
Flowing with the now,
with more here moments,
I regain my liquid smallness—
my spontaneous flow…
Now, no bloating
in the stomach,
no fear of digestion either;
instead, a great
appetite is rising
to taste even more
of NoThing…

I simply flow with life—
no matter the hurts
or sorrow, the pains
or grieving obstacles—
I don’t let them disturb
my peace or tranquility,
I simply flow.
There is no point
in regret, nor in being
upset by failures;
instead, I consciously
choose to celebrate
the dark moments,
for they have truly
shown me where I was
clearly wrong—
knowing this,
I simply flow
What life gives me,
I receive it as blessings;
whatever is lost,
I accept was never
meant for me,
I value the present,
I let go the past—
I simply flow.
Life has lovingly
brought me
to such a tranquil state
that pain or pleasure
makes no difference now.
I abide in a space
beyond all pains
and sorrows—and here,
I just simply flow.

Like waters
in a river,
life flows
through the
uncharted
beds of
Mother Earth.
The river
knows not to
accumulate;
surrendering
is her nature;
living moment
to moment,
she is born
again and again.
Flowing, too, is
human nature -
yet man hoards
and encloses;
the river knows
how to liquidate,
man knows
how to freeze,
flowing is
liberation,
stagnation is
confinement…

Living life is a
supreme art;
the only way to
learn this art
is to live in
the moment
and respond to it
in the moment
All we have
is a moment—
let us live it well,
in its totality
let the moment
touch eternity,
let the moment
spread into
the HereNow
Life is beautiful
in its integrity;
integrity has many dimensions.
It can embrace
all possible
beatitudes,
it can incorporate
all multitudes…

Which category
of characters
do you fall into?
The Pessimist
complains
about the wind,
the Optimist
expects it
to change
on its own—
“God willing,”
the Realist
gets up
and adjusts
the sails
of the ship
according
to the winds…

An awakened living
is the reflection
of each awakening
moment
Moments are like
morning dewdrops -
fresh, fragile,
momentary
You have to live them,
you have to taste them,
you have to be them
Totality is welcoming in,
integrity is filling in…

The day you learn
to flow lovingly
with your breathing,
you discover the secret
of living in the present
Now - no past, no future,
nothing can disturb you
Now you know:
the present is the base,
it carries all - everything
There is no greater healer
than the here and now…

What it is,
is what it is.
Life is always
greater than this
Life is
a movement,
life is a flow
To become a pond
is to be limited
by memories
to flow like a river
is to move freshly
into the moment -
into eternity…
