Day 93✍
I learned something handy today.
Imagine that in your survey data on the 'What is your favorite fruit section?' there are responses on the word "banana," such as: Bananna, Bannana, Bananaa, Bananna.
How do you handle these misspellings?

Day 91✍
In this course, I practiced using iterators with dictionaries & to load large files into memory. I learned to use list comprehensions and generator expressions for loading data line by line, which is suitable for streaming data.

Day 89✍
Hi #datafam, I found insights in the 2018–2019 EPL season data through exploratory data analysis using Python. Among other questions, I explored whether a team's red card count influences its chances of winning a game.

Day 88✍
Hi #datafam,
I recently completed a project using Python to explore and answer several questions related to Nobel Prize historical data (from 1901 to 2023).

Day 84✍️
My notes on data visualisation with Matplotlib👇.
I explored using small multiples to prevent too much data on a plot. I learned how to plot time series data with different variables using twin axes.

Python feels fun. I like that I can see what I am doing as I go, and that the script runs line by line😇.
First data project in python is underway😇.

Day 76✍️
On @DataCamp, I learned about conditional statements (if, elif, else). The most interesting part of the course for me was the loops. In practice, I used the while and for loops to iterate over all kinds of data structures.

The results from comparison operators is often a boolean.
The boolean operators are and, or, & not. For numpy arrays, it works differently, using logical_and(), logical_or(), and logical_not(), instead of the aforementioned.
