2025年3月25日。東京地裁が出した家庭連合への解散命令は、宗教の中身や評価以前に、手続と基準の問題を突きつけています。引用動画で水田真道氏が語っていたのは、「家庭連合だから許される」という空気が、判例として固定されることの危うさでした。解散命令は協議でも信仰審査でもない。純粋に法律の問題であり、要件は本来、極めて限定的であるはずです。にもかかわらず、今回の決定は刑事犯罪の確定なし過去に是正済みの民事事案の再評価将来の可能性を含んだ推定といった要素を重ね、基準を広げています。特に見落とされがちなのが、その後の効果です。解散命令が確定すれば、宗教法人は清算法人となり、裁判所選任の清算人が財産と運営を管理します。結果として、形式上は存在しても、実質的な宗教活動は極めて困難になります。水田氏が繰り返した「これは自分ごとだ」という言葉は重い。家庭連合に賛同するかどうかとは別に、この理屈が一度通れば、他の宗教法人、寺院、教会、神社も同じ構造の下に置かれる。私的には、宗教の良し悪しを世論が裁き、行政と司法がそれを追認する形が常態化するなら、それは政教分離の名を借りた宗教支配に近づくと感じています。問われているのは信仰ではなく、法が誰に対して、どこまで同じ基準で適用されるのか。その一点です。

@TrueJMitchell No & the Supreme Court shouldn't be able to do it either. President Trump's not been charged CRIMINALLY with these charges, nor convicted of them. This would be a clear violation of #ConstitutionalOverReach for them to align with these States.

This is a profoundly concerning constitutional breach. A CM's prerogative isn't for the Governor to overturn. The Governor has no power over cabinet changes. DMK should go to the Supreme Court Constitution Bench. #ConstitutionalOverreach #RespectStateAutonomy
