I had to start eating meat again during my first pregnancy after dropping to 86lbs. Being vegan is not the only way to be healthy and lots of vegans returned to eating meat and/or dish during pregnancy because of the nutrients required #ConversationRulesDaNation
Pregnancy also drains your bodies natural resources because it is giving it all to the growing baby. What is required to be healthy outside of pregnancy is NOT the same as what is required to be healthy DURING pregnancy and during the postpartum period #ConversationRulesDaNation
You can be extremely healthy and have a diet rich in vegetables and fruit and still have severe morning sickness. Pregnancy symptoms can and will happen and vary from woman to woman. There is no formula other than to be as healthy as you can be #ConversationRulesDaNation
