Alright now run the whisk & gradually add 1 Tbl spn of sugar till it hits 2nd pic. I think this took me...2-3 mins total? You want a "shaving cream" consistency...I think. 🐊 Make this & all the babes at the old folks home will absolutely fall for you. 6/? #Crocpot #Vtuber

Beating whites might seem scary but it's just a matter of finesse & for this recipe they can be a lil scuffed so don't worry. Throw em in the mixer, & when they look like 2nd pic, crank it up. When they hit 3rd, stop for a sec. It's lookin' good kiddo 🚬 5/? #crocpot #Vtuber

I should also note you should routinely scrap the sides of the bowl down with a spatula. If you want it REALLY mashed, dig down to the bottom to get any whole bits hiding down there. I like some chunks so I leave em. I also add a TOUCH of sour cream. 👀 10/? #CrocPot #Vtuber

After the potatos are mashed, stop the mixer & add more cream/butter mix, & start adding salt. Now it's all very preferential. Want thicker mash? Add less liquid. Like it salty? You get the idea. Remember, it's way easier to add more than take it out!🐊 9/? #CrocPot #Vtuber

Throw on the whisk & add a touch of the cream/butter mix. Turn the machine to low, and just get everything slightly mushed and mixed together. Then kick it on high till everything is properly mashed, maybe 5 - 8 seconds? Depends on how mashed you want em! #CrocPot #Vtuber 7/?

Potatos will be done in about 20ish min after they've come to a boil. If they start to overboil just drop the heat a bit and stir em occasionally. When you think they're done, pick up a big chunk with some tongs and squeeze. If it does this, they're ready! #CrocPot #vtuber 5/?

While it's boiling, take a moment to cut up some chives if you wish, and warm about 1 cup of heavy cream and half a stick of butter at a very low heat. We just need to have it tepid for a step later on. ...Also ignore my dirty stove... #CrocPot #Vtuber 4/?
