Der Grund: Lilium, der prominenteste Kunde des Unternehmens, hat Rechnungen in zweistelliger Millionenhöhe nicht bezahlt. Die Folge: Der Betrieb steht am Abgrund – dabei wurde erst 2024 eine neue Firmenzentrale eröffnet.
Branchenbeben: Die Misere von Lilium hat ein ganzes Ökosystem ins Wanken gebracht. CustomCells fertigte Premium-Zellen für Luftfahrt, Militär und Motorsport – fernab von asiatischer Massenware. Doch weder Bund, Land noch EU griffen ein. Jetzt prüft der Insolvenzverwalter eine Sanierung – während 200 Beschäftigte um ihre Zukunft bangen.
