Hey, I was a special ed kid. I got bullied, beat up, thrown out of school, locked myself in my room, all of it.
21-22 school year, cyber charters took $180 million more from school districts in special ed funding than they actually spent on education special ed kids.
Looting.
Earlier today in Session I voiced my support for Cyber Charter School reforms. I was proud to vote YES on HB 1422 which will return $456 million in overpayments back to our public schools. This passed the House 122-81. #CyberCharter #PACyberReforms
