Doing some fie.... er carpark testing of the cheap Chinese RTK GPS RX and got a fix very quickly and into RTK soon afterwards. Accuracy seems to be OK, less then 1 cm deviation 🙂 and position is variation is very little as well.
Plus point is using my #CyberPiDeck 😁

@orionrobots @scottmonaghan @drfootleg I used them in my #CyberPiDeck build. They are great, used them because of the ribbon cable. The two thin ribbons to the right are them one is HDMI and the other is usb powering the screen, the larger one in the left is just a Pi Camera cable covered in cable harness tape.
Pointless LEDs added to my #CyberPiDeck , got some smaller ones on the slow boat from China, but the concept works, need to make the wiring more stealth like

Swapped the power management hat in my #CyberPiDeck so I can use a larger battery for a longer run time, need to work out a circuit for swapping power source from battery to aux and back again. Just need to reload/reprogram the services, to be ready for #livMF22

Found some time to upgrade the Raspberry Pi 4 to 8GB version on my #CyberPiDeck and added a Pi Camera plus sorted out the cables to the display and sound amp.

Last night put together this simple circuit for controling the fan on my #CyberPiDeck the fan is now under control of the Raspberry Pi and can be switched on via one of the toggle switches.
One of Doofus's LED strings is connected to one my #CyberPiDeck GPIO pins and has been configured as the Raspberry Pi status LED. #PiWars
Created custom characters to show external power supply and battery status of my #CyberPiDeck
Add a two line fluorescent display to my #CyberPiDeck and adjusted my update service to display the current time :-) now to add battery/power status
Finally one of the toggle switches on my #CyberPiDeck doing something useful, controlling the power to the display and all controlled via software :-)
Test power up before refitting the fan and cooler also reinstated the SD card extender to make changing SD cards easy. Happy with the new power loom.
