Melton Hill Dam, constructed between 1960 and 1963, serves as a reminder on how our dams support both navigation and recreation. Melton Hill, located in East Tennessee, is the only tributary dam with a navigation lock. The reservoir offers nearly 193 miles of shoreline and more than 5,400 acres of water surface, making it a perfect destination for recreation. #TBT
