A Felicitation Ceremony was organised by #HQWNC on behalf of the #CNS to honour Lieutenant Shingara Singh Monga (Retd) on the occasion of his 100th birthday on 15 Nov 25. #FOCINC #WNC and #DCNS interacted with the Centenarian over VC and greeted him.
The ceremony was attended by the #CSO(P&A) #WNC and Cmde (NV) #NHQ, with reps from #HQWNC and President, Navy Foundation Mumbai Chapter @NavyMumChapter along with family members of the Centenarian veteran.
A cheque each of ₹ 51,000/- was presented to the veteran on behalf of the #CNS and the #FOCINC #WNC followed by a centennial cake cutting ceremony, wishing the veteran good health and happiness in the years ahead.
