Members of the public flagged down PC Beth and PC Sophie to a medical episode involving a man with a head injury in the city centre.
Multiple units attended along with the ambulance service who have taken him to hospital.

A 25 year-old man is being held in custody after being arrested for taking a vehicle without consent and other document offences.
Our #DCPoliceLIVE officers will be preparing a handover pack for colleagues who start at 7am to commence the investigation.
Our #DCPoliceLIVE officers noticed a broken down vehicle while driving along the A38 which had earlier been reported stolen.
The driver has been arrested and is currently en route to custody.
We’ve stopped this vehicle after noticing an 8-year-old child wasn’t sat in a booster seat. We ensured the family made it home safe and the driver has been reported for the offence. #DCPoliceLIVE
Our #DCPoliceLIVE officers have been carrying out area searches after a silent 999 call where a disturbance was heard in the background.
The woman was eventually located and established it was an accidental call and there was no risk.
Around 10% of our 999 calls are silent.

He’d been out celebrating his 80th birthday and officers helped return him to his flat.
