#DEMERGING - Twitter Hashtag

Despite removing ATK in 2023, @DrSanjivGoenka has not embraced the legacy of Mohun Bagan. Moreover, his employee Vinay Chopra's stup!dity has irreparably tarnished the name of MB. Therefore, I am #demerging MBSG records from MB records, and will pray to Maa Kali for #GoenkaOut.

#Demerging of Vedanta will surely give seprate attention to individual business. I haven't studied much about #Vedanta but now will learn great things. Specially how valuation effects from #demerger

Yesterday, Vedanta Ltd’s board took a decision to demerge our business units into independent “pure play” companies each of which will be listed entities with their own board and management. This will unlock value and lead to rapid expansion and growth of each entity. For every one share in Vedanta Ltd our shareholders will get one share in each of the new five listed entities. The six entities post-demerger will be Vedanta Limited (which will retain its stake in HZL, FACOR, Nicomet, Semiconductors & Display), Vedanta Base Metals (Sterlite Copper, VZI), Vedanta Aluminium, Vedanta Power, Vedanta Oil & Gas and Vedanta Steel & Ferrous Materials. Each entity will pursue a tailored growth strategy and investors will have a menu of options in which to put their funds. The prospects of growth are unlimited. I invite everyone to join us on this exciting journey.
