How can a simple average falsify what a grade reports out?
A4: This chapter re-confirmed for me that not only are we doing sts a disservice in how we grade, but in how we are “doing school.” The system that worked 90 years ago no longer works for today’s student. We know better, we need to do better. #dlclearns

A5. I agree! There is some research that grades motivate some students (already motivated ones) but only for a short time, never long term. We need to strive for intrinsic motivation and grades don't help in that #DLClearns
