It’s 2023 and I have 1 option for internet at my house which is @GetSpectrum and it couldn’t be worse. I’ve called, they’ve sent people to look into it but it’s not just me, it’s our neighborhood yet we all have to pay full price $90 for garbage internet. #DontgetSpectrum

Unfortunately, streams are currently on hold. @GetSpectrum is throttling my upload speeds and blaming it on my router. They are making all of my streams turn into Powerpoint presentations. #DontGetSpectrum

Spreading cheer this season by informing a @GetSpectrum store employee that having to go home and grab my entire router to replace the power cord AFTER online support told me to just go in and they’ll give me a new cord, is “fucking annoying.” I miss @Xfinity #DontGetSpectrum

Me- hey your modem broke Spectrum- come to the store we will trade it on the spot Me- (at the store) here to trade your modem that broke Spectrum- the wait time is 2 1/2 hours. So- who should I switch to? And fuck you @GetSpectrum #dontgetspectrum
