I didn't think any courier company could be worse than Evri. I was wrong. This is how #DXDelivery delivered my package this morning. On a public path. Next to the dog waste box. Took me all day to get this pic. I doubt I'll ever receive my package, which a passerby probably took.

I thought Evri/Hermes were bad but #DXDelivery have taken the crown. Been out for delivery for two days, yet not been delivered. The responses they give are pretty automated too. @RhinoRacking you really should rethink who you use for a courier, as it’s reflecting really badly on your company though all you keep saying is that it’s out of your hands. That doesn’t help us one bit I’m afraid. You could have shipped another item with a different courier and got this one back by now.
#dxdelivery utter rubbish service. Cancelled twice, missed deliveries but not attempt made, one time courier drove off when I was outside waving and screaming at them! @Debenhams don’t use them they are terrible and I still haven’t got my parcel! 6 working days so far!
I had a delivery this morning from #DXdelivery, it was a pleasure the driver turned up with my parcel wearing his mask, it is good to see that some companies and drivers have the decency to protect their customers wearing a mask. pity there are not more like them.

@DXdelivery @riverstour So I've just had a call back. Been told it is not likely to be delivered today either... although this isn't certain because there seems to be an issue with you guys being able to contact your own depot as I understand it. Am now waiting another call back...

Emailed about a card I received with a poorly scribbled number on it, had one reply asking for details then nothing, no replies to the 4 subsequent emails I sent asking for updates.
