I think the before mentioned amount of 2000 on site workers can be reached faster than you imagine. Based on the attached HITT job offer 500 new construction workers will join the campus very soon. @novogratz just said recently 2500 is the max limit.
Conclusion / my view
This is a further piece of evidence that Galaxy is pushing timelines to shorten the delivery time of Phase 2 + Phase 3. This is also in alignment with the pieces of evidence I posted a few days ago. NFA.DYOR

I think some have no idea how bullish the faster Phase 3 delivery is. So I emphasize this again.
In Aug 2025 Galaxy communicated towards its shareholders that Phase 3 (to CRWV) will be delivered in somewhere in 2028 (see screenshot). Galaxy's CFO just started last week that the handover will take place in 2027 is extremely bullish imo. This is in alignment with my recent TCEQ findings (see below).
The target date has been pulled forward roughly 6-12 months ‼️ Why are analysts always so slow, sigh.. Update your financial models!

Let me emphasize my prev post backing it up with further facts and a rough target date when Helios Phase 3 will be finished.
- I am pretty confident to say that Galaxy really hired HITT Contruction as a second general contractor beside Clayco. As you can see HITT requested the the stormwater permit on behalf of Galaxy. HITT is probabaly one of the best GCs out there related to DC construction projects. My current assumption is that HITT and Clayco simultaniously for Galaxy. A bigger workforce leads to a faster delivery.
- On the screenshots you the estimated project end date of
08/05/2027 ‼️ This target date is in alignment with @apaquette16's statement of the latest AMA with @novogratz. Beware that this is just an estimation, still a good indicator from a timing perspective.

I've noticed a interesting pattern, which is probably just a coincidence of circumstances 👀🤔
- The planned Merlin DC is located next to a few SpaceX facilities
- Drew Luna said within the council Meeting that two SpaceX employees helped Galaxy with the noise reduction concept (box concept)
- SpaceX has a product (probably a rocket) which is called Merlin
- The entity name GXMG... A creative abbrevation of "Galaxy" and "xAI" (which is part of SpaceX)?
- @novogratz is an early investor in SpaceX with probabaly some contacts within the corp.

New ERCOT documents regarding Batch Zero are just out. Seems like August 07 is the key date we need to pay attention to (not June 01).

Since some of my posts earlier this day may create some confusion, I want to make it up to you leaving a small research gold nugget.
I just identified a recent ERCOT document which shows that two possible large loads, which are related to the Wind Energy Transmission Texas (WETT), are eligible for ERCOT's batch zero.
There is a good chance that those two cases (1000MW & 800MW) belong to Galaxy's Helios campus. The 1000MW probably to the switching station Pitchfork (currently under construction) and the 800MW to the existing switching station Cottonwood. This is just an assumption, no guarantees.

In the latest Reliability and Operations Subcommittee meeting on May 07 Galaxy voted "yes" for the latest PGRR145 draft version (Galaxy is a representative in the committee).
So what does that acutally mean? Here my interpretation:
If I were Galaxy and vote "yes" for the latest draft version, it would demonstrate that I feel comfy with the rules and regulation in regards to Helios and the remaining 1800MW, which I want to be eligible in Batch Zero. This might emphasize my previous assumption, that Galaxy has good chances to get some portion thru the finish line.
This is just a best guess from my side. No guarantees.

I have a feeling that is likely that the remaining 1.800MW will be a eligible for Ercot's upcoming batch zero. I give it a >50% chance.
