Vert good questions —@MultiPlan_Inc #DataiSight & their “repricing” firm ilk biz models were upended by the #NoSurprisesAct as they claimed 2 manage “OON” Pts & reimbursements, but saying that a contracted rate at 100s of % of CMS is “trumped” by the NSA is w/out support in law.
